wishlist: `\numratio` as dual of `\numproduct`

Possibly, it might be useful to have a \numratio command dual of \numproduct or letting \numproduct also accept /.

The reason for having \numproduct is for things like floor areas - I'm not really seeing the same need for ratios.

Indeed the need might be minor in comparison. But I liked the idea of expressing fractions either with / or with "over" with a nice interface for that just like you do with "X" and "by".
