Hi, This is a great tool. I would like to know how to tackle the overlapping/close variants. Can I change the labels with rotation=45 or 90? Is there a way to display the numbers inside the dots? Also, how to change colors of individual variants and domains? Where can I find the color codes? Hi, I also have a similar concern. The labels are overlapping making the visualization look cluttered.

There's no easy way to address this with code, the best way is to save it as a PDF and open it in a graphic editor like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape and make the modifications by hand.

Thank you for developing and maintaining such useful tool. I tried to follow your suggestion to make a pdf output but I think the current option only allows png or svg format.

Oh no worries, I found the svg format works for Adobe illustrator.
