Render doesn't work

Hello,

I am running grip 4.6.2 installed from pip and see the following issue.

When I run

grip README.md --export index.html

then index.html is just the same as README.md. It is not HTML file, it seems to be just plain copied.

Hi, I think that grip is no longer maintained, so I created my own version of it in go - without the need of the github api. Check it out: https://github.com/chrishrb/go-grip. Feel free to raise issues or feature requests!
