Breaks when trying to obfuscate files longer than 750+ lines or a certain amount of characters?

Hi so I've been experimenting with this and when I try to use it on files that have over 750+ lines it will cause an error and be unable to finish.

Error that I get when I try to do it to files with more than 750 lines:
