Parameter `skip-nix-installation` fails since 0.12

Since v0.12, the parameter skip-nix-installation fails with:

Run NIX_VERSION_OUTPUT=$(nix --version)
/home/runner/work/_temp/28046bca-168f-46ea-a978-2124c89ad57e.sh: line 1: nix: command not found

The regression was introduced in 4d0a48a#diff-1243c5424efaaa19bd8e813c5e6f6da46316e63761421b3e5f5c8ced9a36e6b6R143

@mpsq Do you install Nix separately prior to invoking devbox installation action? What do you use to install Nix?
