[JENKINS-64815] stah (or unstash) should offer a flatten option

Could it be possible that stash (or unstash... just like copy artifacts has) has a flatten option to stash or unstash files without having to add a dir(){} to extract files from deep directory tree when the directory structure does not need to be preserved  ?
