What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

From the environment you can see that the Controller is running on Linux - 4.18.0-553.37.1.el8_10.x86_64 and the agents that we are hoping to use the clean frequency configuration feature for removing more quickly are Ubuntu 22.04 nodes

Reproduction steps

1. Step 1: Go to Manage Jenkins > Plugins
2. Step 2: Click "Updates" and search for "openstack"
3. Step 3: Click "Installed plugins" and search for "openstack"

Expected Results

Should see an update for "OpenStack Cloud Plugin Version 2.66" to Version 2.67 that can be installed

Actual Results

Step 2: no entry for "OpenStack Cloud Plugin"
Step 3: "OpenStack Cloud Plugin" still shows "Version 2.66"

What version of jenkins are you running? If you are running an older jenkins possibly that's the issue? Newer plugins may only be available for newer jenkins.

From the Environment above Jenkins: 2.452.4.1. I looked at the pom.xml for that release tag and saw that it says 2.414.1 which I am assuming is the minimum version of Jenkins needed for the plugin.

Another thing I noticed was that the release tag parent-2.67 is not signed according to GitHub, and it says "This commit is not signed, but one or more authors requires that any commit attributed to them is signed. "

Anyone able to help with this? I would love to use the improvements to the node cleanup to make my pipeline run faster.
