using mvn dependency outside of maven central #16
Description
jboss-javaee-8.0 version 1.0.4.Final is having dependency on org.apache.taglibs:taglibs-standard-spec:jar:1.2.6-RC1 and org.apache.taglibs:taglibs-standard-impl:jar:1.2.6-RC1} which are not published in the maven central repo !
