Add Korean (ko) translations

- Add ko=한국어 to locales.properties
- Create translations/strings/ko.yaml with full UI string translations
- Create 112 content translation files under translations/content/ko/
  covering all 11 categories: collections, concurrency, datetime,
  enterprise, errors, io, language, security, streams, strings, tooling
