[Bug] Connect dialog leaks client IP addresses

In the Privacy Statement, In the General Information section, we say:

The Servers you connect to will also have access to your internet address (IP Address) as it is required for the software to work; but this information is not shared with peers on the same Server or available to third parties.

This is not true. The Client Connection dialog pings servers in a directory.

Instead, this is true:

The Servers you connect to will also have access to your internet address (IP Address) as it is required for the software to work. Your internet address is also shared with every Server on the directory when the Connect dialog is open.

The remainder is still, true though. I think it's worth adding the clarification as it's not only when you're "connected" that you're sharing your IP, it's when you request a list of Servers (you share it with the Directory) and when you get the ping time from any Server.

I am concerned that you might not understand the core concern yet. It will confuse or even anger people when you're obviously leaking IP addresses to a third party, contrary to your stated policy. I can't re-open this bug, but perhaps you should.
