Bind manager

Challenging task.
Would be very interesting to implement a bind manager compatible with scripts already made.
Especially for non QWERTY users.

hmm ...

I don't plan any more major features in the mod. I'd like to move everything into the vanilla version of the game. We will consider this for an upcoming vanilla release, we've wanted a bind manager for a long time as well.

If a bind manager is added to vanilla, I won't port it into my mod, so at that point in time you'd want to switch back to vanilla.
