Indentation and Numerical list problem

First line of after this post consists of: is always indented too much. I thought maybe adding new line in markdown may help, but it didn't. Is adding <br> a possible solution?

Another problem is numbers in lists. Rendered page separated indented entry from others so reset the index for subsequent entries.
One point I should mention is that in dip01 post, I have not used sublist for first entry and even though indentation is wrong, numbers of entries are ok but in the attached image which is for post dip03, resetting numbers has been occurred.

Enlarging the first letter in the article headings causes this. Is it ok for you if I remove it? Or I should look for some other workaround?
