Documentation formatting issues #475

Hi,
In https://github.com/itsallcode/openfasttrace/blob/main/doc/user_guide.md#console-tracing-report, the formats of the line-by-line explanations are striked because of the ~ characters:
For example:
ok [ in: 2 / 2 ✔ | out: 1 / 1 ✔ ] dsncli.tracing.default-format1 (impl, utest)
should be:
ok [ in: 2 / 2 ✔ | out: 1 / 1 ✔ ] dsn~cli.tracing.default-format~1 (impl, utest)
Several small issues like that following in the document.
