Add link to ProtoSchool during IPLD website redesign #60
Description
Per @mikeal's suggestion in ProtoSchool/protoschool.github.io#260 (comment), let's add a link to ProtoSchool from the IPLD website during its next redesign.
For reference, on IPFS sites we've done this in a variety of places, for example:
ipfs.io:
js.ipfs.io
