It looks like this hasn't been updated in a year now. Does anyone know how much work would go into updating this for 1.4? If its manageable I might consider creating a branch for 1.4

Hey Alice,

We won't be updating this, as we are no longer focusing on jQuery Mobile
(rather, our new framework Ionic: http://ionicframework.com/).

However, we'd definitely merge any changes you make into master!

According to the network graph, @sweetpi's fork is most up to date (jqm 1.4.2) after @maximilianhurl updated graphite to jqm 1.4.1. Maybe merge this branch into the master?

@sweetpi updated to jqm 1.4.2, mine branch is up to date with his branch, but the last version I actually have tested thoroughly is jqm 1.4.0. If someone can confirm my branch is okay, we can consider a PR.
