Admin override for server side edit locking

Hi,
I've tested the server side edit locking mechanism, but am wondering if there's a way to give specific users locking override permission?

I'm referring specifically to locking of classes/routines for editing server-side.
I know git doesn't support this, but this extension supports it.
I think this is the issue describing the behaviour: #301

If somebody else has edited an item and it's now locked for your edits, you can take ownership by stashing and unstashing it:

• Go to the Web UI and click the Workspace tab. See the item in the list with an icon indicating it is locked by another user
• Check that item and click "Stash"
• Go to the Stash tab and select the latest item. Click "Apply"

The item will now be checked out by you, with all the changes that the other person had made.

If I wanted to add a "Take Ownership" button that does this, how would I go about it?
Is there a plan to add this to the extension?

Not in the plans yet, but please do log a GitHub issue asking for it as an enhancement. This would be pretty simple to implement. We'd just need a button that does:

update %Studio_SourceControl.Change set ChangedBy = $username where InternalName = ?
