When we create a new class or routine

This is annoying because we have to change the file name before saving, and sometimes we forget, causing errors later.

@cristianojs02 This is working as designed. The default class or routine name is generated using your objectscript.export settings so if you update them to match the structure of your repo the default names will be what you want. I am not satisfied with this design though. It makes the assumption that users are exporting often and will therefore have updated export settings, but our telemetry tells us that isn't true. I think there are three ways we could potentially improve this:

1. Make the default class and routine content a snippet with the default name being the name we generate currently. This preserves the convenience of the generated name for those that like it, but it gives users the opportunity to pick a new name.
2. Make the default class and routine content a snippet with the no default name. This helps the user by giving them some structure in the new document with the chance to enter a name, but it otherwise leaves the document in an invalid state so it can't be accidentally synced with the server using a wrong name.
3. Stop adding the skeleton content entirely and have the user start typing to use snippets that are already provided. This offers the least convenience, but the most safety and flexibility. If we chose this option I'd give our snippets a once-over to ensure they're in good shape.

@isc-rsingh What do you think? Do you have any other ideas?
