Adding ability to SSH into github runners from our workflows #357
Description
This issue was discussed here: #349 (comment).
Summary: We should add a Tmate GitHub action step that starts and SSH server, along with some documentation how to use it. We should do this across all our workflows to increase visibility but there are some cons in doing this which I will cover in the documentation.
