Use symbolic link for user dir

The README is incorrect and the user directory doesn't get put into the correct spot. Change to this
`git clone https://github.com/inneralien/astronvim_config ~/.config/`
and then add a symbolic link to it
`cd ~/.config/nvim/lua`
`ln -s ../../astrovim_config user`
