Immich Frame on Frameo issue

I'm trying to get ImmichFrame running on frameo device and when I put the server address and api into the ImmichFrame, I get a "retrying to fetch server settings" message loop.

I've made sure that the address and api key gets pushed exactly through adb.

I've also tried connecting on my public url, as well as locally, since the device is connected on the network.

The device is on android 6.0.1 and is a 10.1 inch from Amazon.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

Can you reach your ImmichFrame instance in your browser on your PC? Are you sure you are not using the immich URL? Could you provide more context or maybe an image what you are seeing?
