Get-TfsGroup should detect scope from group name #231
Description
When the group name supplied as parameter to Get-TfsGroup has the format [<Scope>]\<Group>, it should infer the scope from the name, without depending on the -Scope argument.
To account for those scenarios, -Scope should default to a new "Automatic" value, which derives the scope from the group name
