[Bug] Steam n Rails Track Data Corruption

Describe the bug
When i try to generate create train track at worldgen with LostCities the data of the train track is corrupted like this as an example:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure a building from Lostcities to use train track with data. Example:
   
2. Launch Minecraft
3. Join a World with cities enabled
4. Find train track
5. The track will not have the desired data but something else and a wrong id.

Expected behavior
The train track should generate with my specified data.

• Mod Version 1.20.1-1.6.1-fix2

Additional context
I cannot update to higher versions because my modpack contains create addons incompatible with newer create versions. Also i tested this without Create Encased and it worked so this addon must be responsible somehow.
