Voice trigger action

Determine which voice triggers we want to use.

I think we last settled on :

• send my current location
• Send a voice transcribed message

Perhaps as a stretch goal we want to request another users location.

So far we can send messages, and read the latest. (still needs to merge to master)

Perhaps future work could open a new issue, for sending my current location to the channel.
And possibly requesting another users location.

@mysysadmin Do you still have these changes? We should get them integrated before we forget how it works. Just open a PR and we can work through it together. If you need help, just let me know. (we can do it next week at the meet up if you want)
