problem transferring from the FZ to the electrical label

The brand is Pricer. The serial number starts with N41433. The model is F14. If you need any further information, please let me know.

hi! please try to hold ot further away (like minimum 10cm) and try again. also you have to wait untill it says flipped and then only stop pointing it

Hi, thanks for your feedback, but unfortunately nothing has changed. However, when I go to "+Type Barcode", I can't enter all the numbers from the label because one is missing at the end. But it works with NFC, and the dimensions and type are recognized. So I'm wondering if this label model is supported, but I don't know for sure.

I tried with other labels (same F14 model) and it didn't work.
