System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException (0x80004005): database is locked #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm getting the error System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException (0x80004005): database
is locked while using the bd form different programs.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected is that the program do the pending query when the file is ready.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7.0 last release.
