Steps to Reproduce
In the job orchestration page on the test instance, if you change the selected workspace with the dropdown in the upper right and then reload the page, it goes back to the workspace that was selected when the job orchestration page was first entered.

Expected Behavior
The selected workspace is maintained when reloading the page.
Actual Behavior
When changing the selected workspace with the dropdown in the upper right and then reloading the page, it goes back to the workspace that was selected when the job orchestration page was first entered.
