DWRi is interested in the ability for monitoring site managers to be able to add comments to monitoring sites after a site visit or for other reasons. This would include the text of the comment, the user that made the comment, and the date. This could be implemented as either a dedicated comment table or might be viable as extended metadata via JSON.
Why is this feature important?
DWRi often performs site visits and wants to record information about the site visit in a set of comments for the site. Tagging wouldn't be right for these because there may be many comments over time and it is important to track who made the comment and when.
