+This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
+you ("User") and the developer of DiskLens ("Developer") for the use of the
+software known as DiskLens — Folder Disk Analyzer ("Software").
+
+By installing, copying, or using this Software in any way, you agree to be
+fully bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not
+install or use this Software.

+1. LICENSE GRANT
+
+The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
+license to use the Software subject to the terms of this Agreement.

+You MAY:
+  • Install and use the Software on your personal computer
+  • Use the Software for personal or professional purposes
+
+You MAY NOT:
+  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
+  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
+  • Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices
+

+2. OWNERSHIP
+
+The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual

+3. RESTRICTIONS
+
+You may not:
+  • Copy or distribute the Software without explicit written permission

+  • Use the Software in any unlawful, harmful, or malicious manner

+FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

+The Developer makes no guarantees that the Software will be error-free,
+uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any specific purpose.

+5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

+⚠ BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

+THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE,
+FILES, DATA, OR SYSTEM AS A RESULT OF USING THIS SOFTWARE.
+
+This Software interacts with your file system, including scanning,
+analyzing, and optionally deleting or moving files to the Recycle Bin.
+The Developer assumes NO liability for:
+
+  • Accidental deletion or loss of files or data
+  • System instability, crashes, or hardware damage
+  • Corruption of files or the operating system
+  • Loss of profits or business interruption
+  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
+    arising from the use or inability to use the Software
+
+YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
+IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP YOUR DATA BEFORE USE.

+6. UPDATES
+
+The Developer may provide updates, modifications, or improvements to the
+Software at their sole discretion. This Agreement applies to all updates
+unless a separate agreement accompanies the update.

+7. TERMINATION
+
+This license is automatically terminated if the User violates any terms
+of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all
+use of the Software and delete all copies from their devices.

+8. GOVERNING LAW
+
+This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
+laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard
