⚠ IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE ⚠

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you ("User") and the developer of DiskLens ("Developer") for the use of the
software known as DiskLens — Folder Disk Analyzer ("Software").

By installing, copying, or using this Software in any way, you agree to be
fully bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not
install or use this Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use the Software subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You MAY:
  • Install and use the Software on your personal computer
  • Use the Software for personal or professional purposes

You MAY NOT:
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices

2. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual
property rights in and to the Software remain the sole property of the
Developer.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
  • Copy or distribute the Software without explicit written permission
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Use the Software in any unlawful, harmful, or malicious manner

4. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Developer makes no guarantees that the Software will be error-free,
uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any specific purpose.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

⚠ BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE,
FILES, DATA, OR SYSTEM AS A RESULT OF USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This Software interacts with your file system, including scanning,
analyzing, and optionally deleting or moving files to the Recycle Bin.
The Developer assumes NO liability for:

  • Accidental deletion or loss of files or data
  • System instability, crashes, or hardware damage
  • Corruption of files or the operating system
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    arising from the use or inability to use the Software

YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP YOUR DATA BEFORE USE.

6. UPDATES

The Developer may provide updates, modifications, or improvements to the
Software at their sole discretion. This Agreement applies to all updates
unless a separate agreement accompanies the update.

7. TERMINATION

This license is automatically terminated if the User violates any terms
of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all
use of the Software and delete all copies from their devices.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard
to conflict of law provisions.
