Describe the bug
When the local push is enabled, BSSID sensor value being updated twice and one of these is incorrect. This is probably because of after WiFi roaming takes place, active BSSID value is not reflected for the local push data set for a same SSID, causes pushing its old (before roaming) state besides the actual state.

To Reproduce
Enable local push and move closer to another access point (in same SSID), local push would still push the old/first BSSID value besides the actual one (check sensor history).

Expected behavior
BSSID sensor data must be consistent between local push and other update triggers.
