Move off Google Code #595
Description
As we all know, Google Code is scheduled to be closed in the future, and all
projects hosted on it will become unavailable even to clone or download. Please
move the project to another host.
Even if RubyRipper is not intended to be updated anymore, the tarballs and code
repository are still of great benefit.
