search description is confusing

First it reads: "Currently hmislynk supporting on 'clients' entity only. "   Then, it reads ... "Note: Current supporting URI is / search / clients and / search / projects ¨.  Also, it should read as "hslynk", not as "hmislynk", which is outdated.
