Commands from @heroku-cli/plugin-java do not resolve #3618

Since the latest update, java commands do not resolve anymore. E.g. heroku java:jmap produces the following error: Warning: java:jmap is not a heroku command.. This command used to work before this latest update.

OS version: macOS 26.3.1
Shell version: zsh 5.9 (arm64-apple-darwin25.0)
Heroku CLI version: 11.0.0
Java Plugin version: 3.1.1

% heroku --version
heroku/11.0.0 darwin-arm64 node-v25.8.2
% heroku plugins:install @heroku-cli/plugin-java
