Three issues for Cookie Bake II

1. Get the Supply Tree to render in the middle
2. Redirect Back End to "newformats" with only cookie OKHs
3. Rob find snickerdoodle recipe and add in correct format
4. James find another recipe (like peanut-butter) and add in correct format (so we have 4 cookie recipes)

@Jbutler-helpful I've done this. I've added a snicker doodle recipe, but the OHM-API throws an error when I reference. I don't know why---I don't know why I should have to do anything more than upload it. We will have to ask @touchthesun about it, I suppose.

If you do your part, I can close this---but we won't really have 4 recipes working until we solve that problem.
