Update esbuild to 0.27.0 #622
Description
Dependabot was unable to upgrade esbuild to 0.27.0 in #620 because our other esbuild dependencies were pinned to the prior version series (0.25.x). I then posted and merged #621 to disable dependabot checks for esbuild until we could update esbuild and all related dependencies. This is the tracking issue for this.
