Reboot button #21
Description
Henry requested having a button to reboot the robot when it ends up in a bad state. The button should be out of the way to avoid accidental clicking. We might even have an "are you sure" pop-up.
As part of this change we should also revisit everything that is currently below the horizontal line, perhaps hide them into the settings menu or remove them if they're not needed anymore (e.g. 'new task was very specifically for our user study).
