Oracle connector for v2

In the Hasura V2 readme under "Supported Databases", it is stated that the support for more databases is coming soon.
Does anyone know, if there is an Oracle DB support already available for v2? I know the Enterprise Edition has it, but what about the open source version?
(Which raises another question: is there a difference between the "community edition" and the open source version, or are they the same?)

Oracle and other databases are supported in the Enterprise edition only. The open source version only supports PostgreSQL.

The enterprise edition supports more enterprise features such as caching, read replicas, and more.
