[BUG]: Link for cracked hashes of chunk wrong

### Description

When clicking on the cracked hashes on the chunk activity page, it links to the cracked hashes of the whole task and not only of this chunk. 
The same also applies on other pages where chunks are displayed with cracked (e.g. dispatched chunks on agents detail page)
