Support list of hosts for packages #116
Description
Currently, I have fixed several urls that have gone obsolete in hashstack. While we are supporting hosting tarballs with #2 , it is still a good feature to have that a user can submit another mirror for a code download. Even with our own hosted repo we should expect users to experience failure in download from it.
