Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The title of the report says it all: Support Ruby 4.0.
From the findings from my fork I would say it is pretty easy, just ensure a more recent version of rb-sys crate is used and the gem compiles. So far I have found no additional bugs in my testing.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
A new release of the mrml gem with Ruby 4.0 support and precompiled binaries. That would also bring MRML 5.1 support from master, which is at the time of writing not available in any mrml-ruby release.

I did not really consider alternatives, I am currently running my custom fork 😉
