Unknown subcommand "expiration-mailer" #193

letsencrpyt has removed the expiration-mailer from boulder
letsencrypt/boulder#8230
letsencrypt/boulder@b9a681d
causing this in cron.log, and obviously no expiration mails anymore.

Any plans to substitute this by a custom implementation, or is this removed from labca, as well?
