Shows the details of a single user, which is tied 1-1 to an hacker application

Requirements

• Able to see/modify the details of the user, such as name, email, etc. (Basically whatever you see in register)
• Able to see/modify the role of the user (Hacker, Admin, etc.)
• Able to see all responses to applications by the user and their state
• Able to click navigate to these responses from this page
• Able to send an email to this user
