Add an option to deploy a NetworkPolicy

First of all, thx for the great product and Helm Chart!

We're running in an environment were without any NetworkPolicies a default deny policy is applied. 

While the posgresql chart has an option to enable a NetworkPolicy, this option is missing for codimd itself.

Would be great if this could be added.
