Update `Github` to `GitHub` in Footer of Sitemap Image

Overview

We need to change Github to GitHub in the footer section of the Sitemap diagram so that we display the company name correctly.

Action Items

• Open the sitemap in Figma. ¹
• In the footer section of the sitemap, edit
  from

  Github
  

  to

  GitHub
  

• Save the entire sitemap as a jpg image called sitemap.jpg
• Replace the image gh-pages/assets/images/sitemap/sitemap.jpg with the new image
• Create a PR

To remove a label, the process is similar to adding a label, but you select a currently added label to remove it.

After the proper labels are added, the merge team will review the issue and add a "Ready for Prioritization" label once it is ready for prioritization.
