This is linked to the following Bug issue that is currently in progress:

• Bug: Users Cannot Check In #1411

And may also be related to this Bug that is also in progress:

• Events timing bug causing meeting check-in options to occur at wrong time #1376

Given that this issue with the Guide team's check in should be resolved by fixing the overall check in bug and (potentially) the events timing bug that have already been noted in the issues above, we may close this issue. Plan to discuss in Monday All Team meeting.
