Look for credentials locally before promting

Generator should look for credentials locally for GH and AWS

ACs:

• if the generator has not previously stored credentials, it looks for default GH and AWS credential providers
• if found, generator will prompt user for credentials with defaults set to the found credentials (covered in Remember credentials #19)
