dysco compression support in singularity image

Is it possible to have the required libraries to support reading measurement files with dysco compression added to the jive plot singularity image?

Hi Mark,

I have made a new branch (issue-16) and tried to incorporate the dysco libraries in the image but I'm having an enormous problem in trying to push the new image to docker hub; it won't let me. The Singularity image is a 1:1 copy from the Docker image.
If you have the possibility of trying to create the docker- and subsequent Singularity image yourself that might be an option; contact me for instructions in case this is a viable option for you.
