video recording and temperature reading 

Hi, i am using FLIR Radiometric Lepton Dev Kit V2 with raspberrypi 4 , i am  mechanical engineer and have little experience with programming , i managed to run the script to display the video feel. and used pylepton to capture some images. i have little to no idea how can i record the video or temperature reading using opencv or python script , a big help is needed
