Investigate zsh asciidoc and other static files

static/zsh/zsh-lovers.1.txt and static/zsh/zsh-workshop are asciidoc files, which apparently built these files:

• static/zsh/zsh-lovers.html
• static/zsh/zsh-lovers.1 (manpage)
• static/zsh/zsh-lovers.pdf
• static/zsh/zsh-workshop.html

Also, grml-zsh-refcard.pdf is a static copy from zshrefcard.

Also, static/zsh/zshrc ought to be a redirect.

Investigate what is needed and integrate these into the hugo build.
