* feat!: Upgrade to Binaryen v126

Upgrades to Binaryen 126

NOTES:
* We still haven't released binaryen.ml for v125 this should be done before merging this.
* We are probably going to be stuck on v125 for a bit do to changes in WebAssembly/binaryen#7995 which make binaryen.js use wasm over asm.js which jsoo seems to have issues with.

* chore: Rebuild binaryen.es5.js
